Nebula Desktop System Warranty
Nebula desktop systems and components are supplied with 12 months Return-To-Base Warranty. Parts and labour are covered on hardware only. Unfortunately, software corruption or failure will not be covered. In the event of a problem please call 024 7643 1211 to obtain telephone supprt for your Nebula system in the first instance.
Nebula Academic Desktop System Warranty
Nebula academic desktop systems and components are supplied with 3 years Collect & Return Warranty. Parts and labour are covered on hardware only. Unfortunately, software corruption or failure will not be covered. In the event of a problem please call 024 7643 1211 to obtain telephone supprt for your Nebula system in the first instance.
Monitor Warranty
All monitors are supplied with 3 years manufacturers' warranty. The manufacturer will handle the collection, repair and return of the faulty unit.
Non-Warranty PC Repairs, Servicing & Upgrades
Our technicians are on hand to carry out non-warranty repairs to both Nebula and non-Nebula PC systems. Following diagnosis of a fault our technicians will be able to provide you with a estimate prior to comencement of work. Our standard service and repair charges start from £45.00 inc Vat. Replacement parts are charged for accordingly. All replacement parts are fully guaranteed for 12 months. Our typical turnaround time for repairs and servicing is approximately 2 working days.
Other services include PC upgrades, virus & spyware removal, data recovery and home network / broadband configuration.
